On both my appointments mr dessouky explained my problems in depth which gave me a much better understanding , iand made me feel very reassured, excellent patient care

Mr Osama Dessouky is an amazing gentleman who has a wealth of knowledge on ear nose and throat conditions. I met him a couple of times when he was a locum covering in the ENT department at my local Hospital (Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich) a few years ago. When I was suffering from a condition that was affecting my sleep. I have nothing but praise for Mr Osama Dessouky. He is a real credit to the NHS.

This is feedback for Dr Dessouky and one of his staff members Keiran.
Keiran has been absolutely brilliant in looking after me and getting my daughters operation organised. He has made me feel that he has got everything under control and has our best interests in mind. He really thinks about what the patient actually needs and then manages to organise appointments and prioritise exactly what needs to be done. He cuts through the red tape to ensure he does what is best for the patient, consultant and the hospital. I am sure he saves the NHS time and money. His manor and tone is incredibly professional. I think he is just ace and that should be recognised. I am a particularly hard person to impress, especially from a service point of view so this really is high praise from me.
As for Dr Dessouky, well they make a great team. Dr Dessouky equally instantly knew what my daughter needed and understand our personal circumstances. He made me feel that I my daughter was in safe hands. He also doesn't mess about and cut through any bureaucracy to do what is right for my daughter and the NHS.
